| Now, as it turn out, there were quite a number of folks out enjoying the lupine on this beautiful Saturday morning. Besides us runners there were 2 large groups of hikers - maybe 50 people between them - and... there was a race - actually 3 races, all sharing Coastal Trail. Well, apparently, one of the hikers, (not a member of either hiking group), had about had it with all the humanity and somewhat agressively jostled a couple of the always courteous Saturday Runners as they passed by. Doug was not impressed with this behavior and stopped to make this known in a polite but firm way -- don't mess with Doug. |
