| Looking up Tenaya Canyon from the top. This amazing, glacier scoured granite canyon leads from Yosemite Valley up to Tuolumne Meadows. It can be done in a long day's adventure hike - a future Saturday run? The high point on the right is Cloud's Rest. A visit here adds about six miles and 2000 feet to the Half Dome hike. Note the classic Sierra lenticular cloud forming over the peaks. |
