| Chris Phipps at the finish. On Saturday runs we always wait for everybody at intersections - except today. Today the lead group sprinted all the way to Rock Spring to try to see Chris finish. We missed him by three minutes - damn fast guys. Chris finished third overall, beat his time from last year by 4 minutes. And oh, by the way, Chris won that other hill climb in 2001, not to mention his three fastest time trophies in the Dipsea. |
